  Update based on response from Lazy Boy. I was told 6 inches. These are recliners for short people. They are currently spaced at 8 inches off the wall and that’s not far enough. You shouldn’t be called wall hugger. I’ve had wall hugger and this is not the same. Misleading your customers. Don’t let them sell you on something they call a wall hugger. They hood winked me on this and the chairs I bought are not wall huggers even though they claimed them to be. These chairs are a good 8 inches off the wall and still won’t fully recline.

  Our experience with La-Z-Boy repair and service has been extremely disappointing. The first service technician said the loveseat couldn’t be properly fixed without a specific part. After sending in all requested information — including the original receipt and serial number — I was contacted to schedule a follow-up appointment. However, when the technician arrived today, he had none of the supposedly necessary parts. To make matters worse, he was condescending and unprofessional from the start. When I simply asked how he was doing, he replied, “Fine, but nobody cares.” This level of customer service and communication is completely unacceptable for a company like La-Z-Boy. We expected professionalism, courtesy, and competence — none of which were delivered

  I’ve always heard that Lazy Boy quality is reputable. We spent $12,000 plus on a couch to two ottomans and two recliners. These were custom manufactured because we needed to get leather. The leather- part of the furniture- is only where your body touches, so it’s not 100% leather, which we were OK with this. We received the furniture and just recently started using it. The leather seams could have been better quality. And the wheels under the ottoman could have had locks so they don’t roll around so easily over a none carpeted floor. You would think for the amount of money that we paid for this furniture the casters would have the ability to lock in place. Bellow Our photos of the armrest seems they look very messy. And the bottom portion from the arm area is not smooth it looks like there’s some kind of material caught in the underside this is the last photos show below. Please do your homework thoroughly before deciding on La-Z-Boy Furniture. This was the first thing on the Place we stopped at and I regret it.

  We bought a La Z Boy recliner/lift today the Pinnacle Platinum. A very comfortable chair. Nathalie helped with the process. She did a great job. Very knowledgeable, thank you

  We went to the Clearwater La-Z-Boy store to research getting a La-Z-Boy recliner love seat. We meet Camille who helped up and became our person. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and we had tons of them. We spend a couple to hours with her on Wed and then went back on Sat spending a couple more hours with her and made our order.. Camille went above and beyond to help us. She was very straight forward and gave us info we hadn't even thought about. We can't wait to get our recliner loveseat and we highly recommend going to this La-Z-Boy store and talking with Camille.
