    We returned a kitchen light and the $1,000+ credit still hasn’t posted to our account after more than a month. We called twice to inquire and they confirmed they received our light but said the credit wouldn’t post for 5-7 more days. We will not shop there again.

    Great customer service! We just finished our bathroom remodel and Ferguson helped us with our fixtures, bathtub, and plumbing items. Not only were they beautiful, they were efficient and among the highest quality on the market. Their customer service helped us after the purchase and was amazing! We highly recommend Ferguson Home!!

    Peter Rincon and Kathy Fyock are amazing. I was a walk-in and they each had a client, but they knew I needed a few things ASAP for my plumber to not have to have a work stoppage due to lack of parts. Peter helped until his client showed up, luckily a few minutes late, and he handed me off to Kathy who finished the job between her appointments. In less than two hours being there, we ordered faucets for three bathrooms, two tubs with drains valves. And most of it was delivered within two days. They both have extensive knowledge of the product lines they sell and do not try to upsell you, in fact they showed me a few less expensive alternatives. I highly recommend them both.

    I don’t write reviews often, but I just have to share this. Ferguson Home is literally the only place anywhere around here where I can actually see this many brands in one spot. And if you’ve ever tried to match the exact shade of matte gold… you know it’s basically impossible. Even gorgeous finishes from great brands sometimes just don’t work with the rest of the room. I walked in that day totally stressed out and completely lost. And then I met Heather Lark. She’s a miracle worker. Calm, professional, and so kind — she pulled everything together for me. She figured out the right pieces, kept my project’s timeline in mind, and even helped me plan backup finishes in case I need extra fixtures later that still have to match. I left with a plan, confidence, and so much relief. Heather is honestly an angel. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
