The manager called me the next day to see if I had any questions and explain the process when my rental started. It was easy to access the building with the app. The property is very clean and the unit was clean and in good shape. There are several carts just inside the sliding doors which made moving my stuff in a breeze. I feel like the cost of then rental is reasonable and the fact they took the time to reach out to me to make sure I was all set was appreciated.

I didn’t need to be onsite to secure the unit—everything was handled via email, documents were signed online, and the entire setup was completed with a quick, efficient phone call with the store manager. Seamless from start to finish. Setting up the mobile app was just as smooth. Download, create a profile, and done. Having phone-based access is a huge plus—no codes to remember or keys to juggle. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and very easy to navigate, which makes a big difference. What really stood out was the customer service. The store manager was attentive and followed up promptly when I reached out about a small issue (which we actually resolved ourselves within minutes). Still, the fact that they took the time to check in speaks volumes. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you’re looking for convenience, security, and great service.
