- JMJana McCray2 days ago1.0HORRIBLE!!!!! Save yourself time and money. Wish I could leave zero stars! After moving in, the place flooded. They won’t tell you they are in a flood zone. Then we had a rat infestation that ruined practically all of our things. They wouldn’t let us use the dumpster on their property to throw away the ruined items. When Adolph saw us throwing things away he came out and locked it. So we had to hire someone to take our ruined things to the city dump. Adolph was rude, condescending, raised his voice on several occasions, and wouldn’t take any responsibility or offer any apologies for the infestation. Needless to say, we moved out.

You don't get the deal until next month. They make you buy their lock and insurance which with tax and their own business fee, another $50. So it was $75. for a $15. unit.
