The Extra Space Storage at 1016 N. Belcher Road is very clean and bright, in an easily accessible, nice location, has always had carts available (an issue in other facilities) and has the feel of being professional and cared for. This is a reflection of excellent management and staffing. Whenever I’ve had an interaction with Preston I have been treated kindly and as a valued customer. When a company “gets things right” I feel important to acknowledge it, and that’s certainly the case here.
