He goes above and beyond to maintain a good customer relationship which in turn keeps customers happy and in place until they are ready to vacate. More locations should adapt his skill in customer communication. He will actively listen to any issues or concerns you may have and sincerely try to help come up with the best solution within reason that keeps all parties happy and fair. I will recommend anyone to visit this location because aside from just my interaction with Jake the property was very clean and secure. Never had any issues with my unit. Keep up the great work đź‘Ť
