- JMJane May5 days ago2.0I’ve purchased multiple washer/dryers here. Washer was exchanged in warranty because initial one failed. Got a v nice washer for “free” but that one has to be unplugged to reset and operate every other wash…so, ultimately problematic in the end game. First dryer I purchased here had issues and had to be repaired on an annual basis. 3 repairs 100+ each one. Wasn’t some amazing deal to begin with so I ended up spending more money in the long run. After the multiple repairs I came here again and purchased a very basic dryer with no bells and whistles. It’s been great. Worker there will tack of fees once you agree to purchase so your $300 appliances becomes $500. Watch out for that. His names “jit”.

When we contacted them, they refused to come out and even check what was wrong. Instead, they told us to call the manufacturer ourselves. The problem is that they were the ones who delivered and installed the appliance in the first place — and it doesn’t even work. Very disappointing customer service. If you're considering using this company, I would recommend moving on to a more reputable company that actually stands behind the appliances they provide and takes care of their customers.
