    I had a wonderful experience with an associate, Mikayla, at HomeSense who truly went above and beyond. After placing an online order, I received an email stating that part of my order had been canceled. When my husband arrived for pickup, Mikayla took the time to carefully review the order and mentioned that the items might actually still be in stock. Instead of stopping there, she went to check herself, located two of the canceled items, and brought them out. She then kindly helped facilitate a FaceTime call so I could see the items and choose which ones I preferred. She was professional, patient, and very attentive throughout the entire interaction. She also sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and shared that she would be addressing the situation with the team to ensure more thorough checks moving forward. Her initiative, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. Because of her, what started as a disappointing experience turned into a great one. Mikayla is truly an asset to the team!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
