We recently went to buy paint and Robin helped us through the whole process. She was so patient, bubbly, sweet and respectful. It was a delight to work with her

Wanted to buy my appliances and waited for over 30 minutes. After numerous calls to customer service to get someone to respond and no one showed. Unbelievable. This was at Lowe's #592.

I’d like to take the time to highlight the great customer experience I had today with Bill at Lowe’s in the lumbar department. He took the time to be super helpful and was very patient with me. I have quite a big project to complete. But with Bills’ help, I found the perfect wood for my project he even assisted me with cutting down the wood to the perfect sizes with great attention to detail. Thank so much Bill!!

This Lowe’s location has a serious customer service problem. I waited over 30 minutes in the lighting department with no assistance despite multiple calls from the cashier. When an associate finally arrived, he redirected me, then proceeded to stand around joking and hugging another employee instead of helping customers. Only after realizing I saw him did he approach me again, this time claiming he couldn’t help because he wasn’t an electrician and that I’d need to wait an hour for someone returning from lunch. This is unacceptable. Customers should not be ignored, dismissed, or treated as an inconvenience. The culture in this store appears unprofessional, unmotivated, and uninterested in serving customers. They have completely lost the meaning of customer service. The only time anyone approached me was to try to sell me solar panels. If you actually need help finding a product, good luck.

Warning to all homeowners- I am a contractor ! Yesterday I asked what I thought was an employee to help me find zip ties. After I thanked him he lingered like I owed him something.. then came the solar panel sales pitch. “Independent Service Providers” are just salespeople disguised as Lowe’s employees who walk the store looking for gullible homeowners to sell them that solar garbage and AC scams. If an “employee” approaches you first, chances are they’re selling snake oil. Read the back of their vest first! These big name stores are subbing out the the work to the lowest bid and will send a random outfit to your house. Don’t sign ANYTHING. No different than the AT&T reps walking Target in desperation. Get a REAL job.
