After all of the contractors & the no shows that have come to my house since the hurricane, the pool was the last thing on my list & I was dreading the whole thing. My Poolman told me about Siesta Pools. He told me how they take care of their customers, even after your pool is complete. I called & talked to Kali & she came over the next day. She was on time! I told her what I wanted & she came back within 24 hours with everything on paper. It was perfect! They started my pool with-in 2 weeks & it turned out so much better then expected!! They were so easy to work with & everyone spoke english, they always cleaned up & everything was finished & pool filled in just a few days!! This company is a pleasure to work with! I also love my pool!! .

When calling the company to inquire about dash cam footage, received a call from the owner berating me and ‘threatening’ to send the dash cam footage to the insurance company until I agreed and asked them to do so. She switched up on sharing the dash cam footage shortly after. Unprofessional, negligent, and rude. Thank you for response. My only concern was that that the company had changes to management, but that number is still the phone number in my contacts listed as “Devin’s Mom (car accident)”

Can we save the water from the pool and use it to refill the pool?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot save the water that’s in the pool. It is always a good thing to use new water when re-filling at the end of the renovation in order to start fresh with the new surface and curing process.
Can you provide me with an estimate over the phone?
We cannot provide an estimate over the phone. Every pool needs to be evaluated in person in order to physically see the condition of the pool and get accurate measurements. We provide free estimates and will never pressure you to commit to signing a contract with us. We can schedule a convenient time for you to have our sales representative come out and take a look at the pool.
Do you have to drain the pool to resurface it?
Yes! In order to resurface the pool, it does have to be drained.
Can I use a water truck to re-fill the pool?
Yes! The pool can be filled by water trucks but usually the cost to truck in the water is much higher than the cost of just using your hose city water. If the only source to re-fill the pool at home is well water, it is strongly advised to get water trucked in to avoid staining, additional costs in chemical start up and a faster chemistry balance time frame.

I do not want my pool to pop of out of the ground. Should I wait until a certain time of year to get my pool renovated?
Siesta provides pool renovations and interior finishes for new construction year-round. We are trained professionals and take the necessary steps to properly secure the pool and prevent it from popping out of the ground on every pool renovation we perform whether the pool has groundwater or not. We do carry insurance for pool popping.
Should I wait until rainy season is over to renovation my pool?
We suggest adding a few days to the overall downtime of your pool renovation to allow for rain delays if you are worried that rain may delay the renovation. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and are unable to predict the forecast so the possibility of rain delaying the schedule is high during rainy season. We try our best to stay on schedule, but if you are worried about rain delays you may consider waiting until the rainy season is over to schedule the renovation.

Do you take deposits?
No! We want you to feel comfortable working with us, so we provide a payment draw schedule on every estimate we give. When you sign your contract, we will not take any deposits. We will provide you with a scheduled start date and will explain when we expect each payment to be collected.
How long will my pool renovation take?
Every pool renovation is different. Time of year, scope of work and material availability all determine how long the renovation will take. A simple tile and interior upgrade can usually be completed in a week and a full backyard renovation could take up to 6-8 weeks.
