I have a business account with Lowe's. Unfortunately this Lowe's is my local store because unlike other Lowe's that actually have the carts inside staged in the aisles on the contractor end, this Lowe's likes to leave the carts at the far corner of the parking lot so if you walk in and you need drywall or something then you have to exit store and backtrack all the way across the parking lot to go get a cart.
Also constantly have too much cardboard pop-ups in the middle of the aisles which makes it hard to push materials through the store without taking out some nonsense item that's on promotion in the way. Otherwise fairly consistent service and product availability

Call the front desk and all they can do is page somebody again
