- CHCindy HJan 22, 20261.0I have been a customer of this Facility with several units rented for over a year Prior to the ownership change. I originally rented at this facility under its prior ownership and had a very different experience. Since being acquired by new ownership/corporate management, policies appear to have changed without being clearly disclosed. After Amazon packages were delivered to the wrong location by the carrier (an Amazon delivery issue, not something I arranged or anticipated), the on-site manager contacted regional management for guidance. The on-site manager stated she was following instructions and was professional in her handling of the situation. The response from regional management, however, was unnecessarily hostile and punitive. I was spoken to in an angry, demeaning manner and given ultimatums regarding immediate pickup and disposal of packages, despite the fact that this was a carrier error. Delivery privileges were then revoked entirely. For contrast, the manager at the location where the packages were mistakenly dropped was understanding, apologized for not being able to monitor the packages, and advised me to address the issue directly with Amazon. That response felt reasonable and appropriate. Unfortunately, the way regional management handled this situation lacked professionalism and empathy, and the enforcement of corporate policies did not feel supportive of small businesses or community members. I strongly recommend confirming all delivery policies in writing before renting, especially under the new ownership. Of course this is an edit. They put this thing to call me but then it doesn’t route you to anywhere. This is typical of These peopleso I’ll just call the headquarters.
