  Big Shout out for Becky T and Mike C !!! I bought a reclining leather couch and sofa over a year ago and the cushion in a couple spots where your legs go flattened a bit. Becky offered for Mike C to come out and fix the problem,set up a time and promptly Mike showed up and went above and behind to "freshen" up my furniture like new again. Of course for no charge! I cannot thank Becky and Mike enough and Sims of Brooksville!

  From Deana at the Hudson location, to Jeff and Becky at the Brooksville location, I found very customer satisfaction oriented people who went out of their way to find me parts for a chair that I inherited and didn’t buy from them. They didn’t have to but they did. They helped me when other furniture stores (some national names) weren’t interested to help me out.

  The last time we shopped at a Sims store was 22 yrs. ago.My husband & I now needed 2 new power recliners and went back to Sims in November. We met Tim who was our salesman and a Sims family member. It was a very pleasant, fun & entertaining shopping experience. Learned alot about the history of the store & the Sims family and purchased 2 perfect recliners. Tim spent a lot of time going over chair features, construction & warranty. Answered all our questions. Tim told us it should be in by Xmas, we figured after the New Year, Becky called us Dec 11 and told us the recliners were in. They were wrapped in strong plastic & put in very strong corrugated boxes. They were made in Indiana and they are everything we could wish for. We also needed a new luv seat for our cattle dog Tim found us a very very inexpensive one. Perfect shopping experience and products, Thanks so much Tim it was a pleasure meeting you, Peggy & I wish you and your family all the best for the holidays.

  Purchased 3 barstools for my kitchen. Great experience. Sales team had great customer service. Will definitely buy from them again

  Very pleased with the service from the minute we walked in. We knew what we wanted and were shown all their many options. Friendly courteous and knowledgeable about their inventory. Tim worked with us for an hour till we finally put it all together. We left feeling we bought good quality furniture at an affordable price. Down to earth family owned service. Go see em..you won't be disappointed!
