- TSTim Smith1 day ago1.0Tried to return a chainsaw chain for exchange only. Not for a refund or store credit. Exchange only. Woman told me without a receipt, that lowes couldn't help me, at all. For an exchange? An unopened package? She was very nasty. Blaming me for purchasing the wrong size. I pulled them off a rack together. One was correct, one was not. Never had an issue before. She definitely doesn't need to be in 'customer service '.
