    Im not sure what has changed but when I had items delivered through 2024 such as interior doors from the store I was not charged $79 bur this time I ordered a sliding closet door and was charged $79 I spoke to the assistant manager of the store Andrea and he could not help with the charge, I went back through my shipping history and on my other deliveries I was not charged $79 back in 2021 when I got the credit card I saw that on some deliveries they charged $20 max. Im not sure when the benefits changed for the business lowes pro card but I had no problem in 2024 and from the Tampa location lowes. Just be aware of the delivery fee's

    I give it zero stars! Just tried to return a chainsaw blade i mistaken bought for hurricane milton and urban in case i needed it. Purchased the wrong blade, just tried to return it and was told due to me purchasing it a year ago they will not even exchange the item let alone a refund! I no longer care to do business with lowes if they can't honor a simple refund. Called corporate and still got the same run around about it since it was purchased 10-11-24

    Love how everyone helps out with questions asked about a variety of things. One particular person has helped me out step by step with plumber questions and his name is Anthony. He's very knowledgeable and down to earth. He's awsome.

    I can't say enough good things about this lodge! It's amazing and I go multiple times a week. I'd be wary of some of these reviews the feel of an organization like this can change every time the board members change every year and also a lot of the people that are working there aren't working they're volunteering

    Went in the store to purchase a water heater and some other items. While walking towards the water heaters stopped to look at the damprid at the end cap of the customer service aisle. There was 2 types and we were comparing to see which to buy. The customer service representative asked excuse me to move by with a large flatbed cart with large items and then said sorry. We stepped back to allow her through, and then she just parked the cart in front of us (blocking the products we were actively trying to grab) and went back to her desk. There were two additional associates watching at the main entrance a few feet away who didn’t see any issue with the situation. It would have taken all of a minute to grab a product, but to ask excuse me then just block customers actively shopping and walk away is astonishing. Immediately left to shop elsewhere.
