I actually ended up leaving a $26 item that she could not replace for me because I purchased the wrong item, and she had no problem with me leaving her the item without giving me a refund or even letting me replace the item. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s, and I am a pro’s member, not to mention thin that I opened a business account with Lowe’s. Now I’ll take my business to the Home Depot.

Even looking up your purchase before heading out is not a guarantee when products are misplaced and/or miss-stocked, and associates either ignore you or miss direct you while acting put out by you audacity to ask them a question. All the while the majority of employees are cashiers, customer service, or merchendise security. Do yourself a favor go to Ace Hardware (not HD... they're no better than Lowe's)or go online for your home project needs.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
