Brandi ant the customer care/return department really did not even try to accommodate the customer (myself) with a simple return. I actually ended up leaving a $26 item that she could not replace for me because I purchased the wrong item, and she had no problem with me leaving her the item without giving me a refund or even letting me replace the item. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s, and I am a pro’s member, not to mention thin that I opened a business account with Lowe’s. Now I’ll take my business to the Home Depot.

No stock, no (or low) variety, and no help. A waste of time & money.
Even looking up your purchase before heading out is not a guarantee when products are misplaced and/or miss-stocked, and associates either ignore you or miss direct you while acting put out by you audacity to ask them a question.
All the while the majority of employees are cashiers, customer service, or merchendise security.
Do yourself a favor go to Ace Hardware (not HD... they're no better than Lowe's)or go online for your home project needs.
