  It’s very exciting to get a Hobby Lobby in Brandon, Florida! We’ve lived here for 15 years and up till now have had to drive to Lakeland, or more recent years to the Wesley Chapel/Lutz area or down to Bradenton. So, having a hobby lobby close to home will make it super convenient. The new store took over a previously used building, and this Hobby Lobby does seem to be a little bit more compact than other stores I’ve been into. The entry area is definitely smaller than the average as well. Customer service was good - I had more than one associate ask me if I needed help locating items. The checkout area was a little understaffed, but they called for help and opened a new lane. I will definitely be returning as this is now MY Hobby Lobby! Based on this store and experience I would recommend to friends and family.

  Hobby Lobby is my favorite store for crafts. They have almost everything you need for crafts, parties, decorations and sewing.

  The store looks so nice and updated. Nice yarn selection. I haven’t been able to fully explore yet to see all the art supplies but I know others who have been happy with the selection.

  Look, I love hobby lobby as much as any other southren woman. I went in thinking I was going to get some craft supplies and an idea of some dorm essentials. I have loved every other hobby lobby I've been in. Im sure its just new location issues, but instead I got misleading sales signs and terrible customer service trying to check out. I hope they get things sorted soon because the way things are organized right now feels very dishonest.

  Took the kids on Friday to check out the new Hobby Lobby. This is my first experience as I had never been to a Hobby Lobby before. If you've never been be prepared because it is a big store and there's lots to see! Right now since it's just opened everything is 40% off which is fairly wild because they have good prices. We will be back for sure.
