The service desk at this Brandon location was very unprofessional and rude. They refused to accept a return for an item that was defective. Because of this experience, I will not be visiting this store again and will instead shop at Home Depot or another Lowe’s location.

I called and specifically asked if they had polished nickel cabinet hardware I could take home today. He said yes, it's on isle ## and we have plenty of options. Got there and there was no polished nickel. Only satin. They should know what they do/don't carry or the differences in finishes. If not, just tell me you don't know. Wasted my time.
