Thank God for the black lady with the fro at the customer service desk because if it wasn’t for her I would give it NO STARS. She spoke, was helpful, and polite and made my evening but the rest of her staff… tuh! Back to Home Depot I go. 🫠

I actually ended up leaving a $26 item that she could not replace for me because I purchased the wrong item, and she had no problem with me leaving her the item without giving me a refund or even letting me replace the item. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s, and I am a pro’s member, not to mention thin that I opened a business account with Lowe’s. Now I’ll take my business to the Home Depot.
