    The public restrooms at this Lowes are a public health risk. January 12, 2026 @ 11:00am. Absolutely vile, hopefully there isn't a child that needs to use the men's room, there health would be at risk.

    I want to just give a special acknowledgment. My husband and I were in on Saturday, January 3rd. We were buying all kinds of yard and gardening things for our first home together. The loveliest woman who I unfortunately did not get her name was our cashier outside in the garden section. As a gay couple, sometimes we don’t always get the best reactions doing something together. Yet, when she found out it was our first home she was so sweet and so excited for us! She was giving us tips and helping us get signed up for rewards and just made us feel like any other young couple who has no idea what they are doing. I really wish I had thanked her more but I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole list of things. But, I hope she sees this and knows that she filled us with so much joy and we are so thankful.

    It was the worst experience I've ever had at any lowes. The assistance management Scott looked me in the face and lied. He refused to match the price for a light fixture at another store. Told me it's not on sale at any other locations. Refused to ever acknowledge the receipts from the 2 other stores in which the same items were purchased. Didn't want to look at the photos of the items from the other locations. 30 minutes later, he honored a similar request for another customer. Drive to another location. Riverview management took the time to listen and assist.

    I had to complete a complicated return at this Lowe’s and had the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. John (didn’t get a last name) ,the manager in appliances, was very pleasant and super helpful. I hardly ever leave reviews but I thought this one was necessary as this level of competent and cheerful service is so hard come across these days. I’m very appreciative. Thank you, John!

    Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an online order and the older krusty dude and ultra frizzy haired girl at the counter refused to help me. Frizzy told me I had to follow the blue footsteps, which I did. I checked in and no one was there. I grabbed the order myself while Krusty and Frizzy carried on with their conversation and laughing. I walked out and told them "they both need to go back to customer service training class." Krusty laughed, I told him "I wasn't kidding. I had to get the order myself while you two just stood there and carried on a conversation." Thursday 12/18 9pm.
