I had already had issues with the Riverview Lowe's and she accidentally fulfilled the order from this location. Let me tell you, I am glad that she did. After struggling with installation services and being rudely treated by April I called the store. And even though I had to wait on hold for 6 minutes before getting to him, I got to Michael. I explained my issues with getting my dishwasher and how the 2rd party installer wouldn't install my dishwasher so I had to find someone else to do it and now they wouldn't even bring my dishwasher to me. Michael said my dishwasher was already showing as 'picked up'. But that he would look into it and call me back. He did! And he said they would deliver my dishwasher for free! This is what happens when you put the customer first! People don't have to go to a specific store or a specific location. I will drive outside of my way to go to Brandon now because Michael went above and beyond for me when the Riverview store was awful. Thanks for everything you do!
