He was able to get our refund and pro ration figured out quickly and didn't stop until we had all that we needed and answered all our questions. This location is great because of the great management and attention to their customers. The facility is clean and the storage units are well swept and ready for move in with no issues. Again, the management and staff is what makes this place run well and we really appreciate Vinny and his staff. It is also very conveniently located on Bloomingdale. We highly recommend this location for storage needs!
