What a wonderful waste of time if you order anything that was supposed to be in stock, they just make you stand here after following blueprint footprints while everybody stands around looking stupid for over 30 minutes now and I gotta get back to Saint Petersburg and it’s gonna be rush-hour soon so polite and respectful these people are I give them two thumbs down

This is a terrible store with horrendous customer service. I purchased an American Standard toilet here along with the installation service. The installer installed the toilet which leaked after a subsequent attempt to remedy the problem I called a second plumber who immediately determined the toilet was defective leaking water from a manufacturing defect. When I attempted to get a refund for the defective toilet, I was told by "Liz" that we would have to call American Standard direct for a refund. After contacting American Standard with a number provided by Lowers Customer Service, I was informed that refunds were handled by Lowers, not American Standard. The customer service staff is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, I will never shop at this store again and will take my business to other stores who support and stand by their products.

Ryan Z in building materials is beyond awesome. Super friendly, helped us figure out if all items were in as is box and he did it with grace! Absolute star employee and honestly the best customer service experience I've had in 30 years shopping as lowes. He needs to be a mentor to others in the store! Would give a 0 star if possible. Very loyal customer for years. Today finally broke the camels back. I rehab and flip so I spend alot at lowes. Everytime I shop anymore it's like pulling teeth to get my lowes rewards cash. You scan the qr code and still get your receipt where you paid full price. If you need help they hold up the line to no avail and act like your a bother. This has happened my last 3 trips. Home Depot is next door so I will shop there until they make it hard. Yes this one customer won't make a difference to them other then my piece of mind. Just letting you know in case you join this program.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
