- MGMichael Garrott1 day ago1.0Very poor customer service! Waited in Electrical dept for assistance in completing a large order. Pagers were announced but no one can to assist, while 3 floor personnel walk past my isle. Finally, gave up waiting. Told an assistant manager the issue and left for Home Depot to get the whole order. This type service is common at this location. If it wasn't close to the job I should have known better and went to HD. My order at HD was completed prior to this post.

No names mentioned, when trying to correct my order, I guess her break time or her end of shift kicked in so she put on her sweater and left. Thinking she should have stayed until the order was verified and completely on my truck, since she was the one who messed it up in the first place. Just Saying.

Never again. No wonder people prefer shopping at Amazon or Costco for appliances. What a mess this place is.

Gary takes his time to truly understand what I’m looking for, whether it’s finding the right materials, matching tiles, or tracking down orders. What really stands out is his patience and dedication—he doesn’t just point you in the right direction, he actually walks with you and makes sure everything matches and works together. It makes the whole process so much easier and stress-free. Also I would like to mention Stacia, she is a sweet girl and right away walked up to me to help. If you need help with flooring, I highly recommend asking for Gary and Stacia .Their customer service is outstanding!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
