Disgusting and ruthless managers, they will ask you to stay late and expect you to go above and beyond only to turn around and send you home early the very next day, they take advantage of your positive attitude and destroy your trust, they are despicable human beings.

I am convinced this store and company in general does not want me to shop there. Today was the last straw, I only went out of convenience as it is closer than Home Depot. I went for paint, and after locating everything I thought I needed because the gentleman behind the counter was busy, (about 15 minutes) I get up to the counter and nobody is there, I press the call button, wait about 3-5 minutes, press it again, wait about 3 min and go up to the customer service desk to ask if someone is there, she said no. I overheard someone saying he was gone due to overtime. Well, you lost a sale all together than!! What the heck kind of customer service is that?!!?

Tonight I went to Lowe’s intending to purchase two exterior paint samples, flat/matte finish, simply to test the color. From the moment he approached me, Paul displayed a negative and unprofessional attitude. When I clearly explained what I needed, he bluntly stated that “it couldn’t be done” without providing a clear explanation, insisting that I had to purchase a quart, even though I repeatedly expressed that I did not need it.
Throughout the entire interaction, his tone was condescending and arrogant, unnecessarily lifting the finish sample board as if I did not understand something basic, which was uncomfortable and offensive. Even when I tried to facilitate the process by offering to help with the paint code, he responded rudely, saying he did not understand and that I should read it to him.
The treatment was dismissive, rude, and showed zero focus on customer service. One goes to a store to ask questions and receive guidance, not to feel belittled. A very poor experience, specifically due to Paul’s attitude.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
