I returned a Christmas gift that ended up not being exactly what I wanted. The return experience was excellent! I had the receipt so there were not questions asked and the return process was fast and easy, I didn't even wait in line. Really appreciated how smooth and hassle-free they made it. Great customer service!

I needed help with electrical and the sales person was either unknowing or uninterested in providing solutions to my questions. Totally unhelpful.

Never arrived, nobody from lowes is willing to help. Let me save you some hours of time and frustration- don't buy from lowes if you can avoid it. The picture is what we got for delivery confirmation. Zero context on where that location is. Just a picture of a random piece of what we ordered. citibank denied the credit dispute, which is pure fraud on their part just to appease the big box retailer. Screw the customer moto.

I finally finished a Kraftmaid kitchen I ordered through Lowes of Bradenton. My wife and I have done well over a dozen kitchens in the last 20 years, through Lowes (in other locations), Home Depot, Ikea, custom cabinet makers and boutique kitchen shops. We never had a single problem until we did this kitchen through this particular Bradenton Lowes. We have chronicled over 7 pages of errors that delayed our kitchen by five months, leaving us cooking with hot plates and unable to use our home for anything other than basic survival. Each error required a re-order of cabinets that added a delay of five more weeks each time, and several of the re-orders were ALSO ordered incorrectly, so after waiting five weeks for the order and another five weeks for the reorder, we then had to wait five more weeks for reorders of the reorders. We could tell from the beginning that our "kitchen designer" did not have adequate training or experience. In fact, we ended up reaching out to a kitchen designer at a Lowes in North Carolina, whom we had worked with 18 months prior on another kitchen, to provide solutions for elements of the design our Bradenton designer couldn't figure out. What made matters worse, as the delays started turning from months into full seasons, we began pleading to speak with a manager but were constantly told their policy was not to do so until the project is fully complete. Ironically, upon final completion, we were then told that there was suddenly a new policy that we had to speak to "corporate". All we wanted was to be heard and to have someone else step in to get the project back on track. This project was a disaster that cost us a great deal of time, additional money, grief and distress. I have always been a big advocate of Kraftmaid kitchens through both Home Depot and Lowes, but it is clear that at least this Lowes is no longer providing the training support required to ensure a successful outcome. We were even surprised to hear from other Lowes associates in this location that problems with kitchens in that store are rampant and we were told we would be shocked at the sheer quantity of errors and re-dos. We were simply pleading to have someone with more competence become our advocate to ensure things got back on the rails, but our pleas were completely denied, over and over. Now that the project is done, and the torture we endured can no longer be prevented, all we can do is fight with "corporate" after the fact to try to get some compensation that is commensurate with the costs we endured. I do still recommend kitchens from Home Depot, Ikea, and yes, even Lowes--but not the Bradenton Lowes. Not worth the risk, especially when they have a policy that refuses the involvement of a manager during the process. Drive 10 minutes to Home Depot and save yourself the grief and expense. UPDATE: after much haggling with "corporate" they have offered us a measly 10% discount on the purchase price, which is nothing short of an insult given what their flagrant incompetence put us through. So in fact I have to fault corporate, not just the store, for their indifference. Never again, and in fact we'll take all of our business to Home Depot from now on.
