I probably sat in 15 to 20 chairs until I found the perfect one just for me. Nancy was patient and provided 110% customer service to me and for that I am appreciative and want to definitely give her Kudos. If anyone is looking for the perfect recliner, talk to Nancy she’ll take care of you with absolutely no pressure and will listen to all your needs. We definitely need more Nancy’s in this world!

My wife's chair just didn't feel the same to her as it did in the showroom, not as comfortable. After a couple of days, we went in to see what we could do. Nancy Wilkes, our salesperson, took complete care of us. My wife picked out a new chair, and the other one will be picked up when the new one is delivered. Very painless, no huge restocking fee. Nancy was wonderfully accommodating, going above and beyond to make us happy!

I found the La-z-Boy in Bradenton & I had the most enjoyable, wonderful experience in 2023. I had a knowledgeable, helpful sales person that did her job well. Therefore I needed more furniture so naturally I returned to Bradenton. Again I had a terrific experience, bought my furniture and again I had a wonderful sales person. I highly recommend this store to anyone whom are interested in La-Z-Boy furniture. Tip notch store
