Employees greet others enthusiastically and explain sales clearly, yet I'm rarely acknowledged. On my most recent visit, items were advertised as 50% off. I personally witnessed discounts being applied for others, but when I asked, the employee denied knowledge of the sale and refused to apply it. This inconsistency made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.No customer should feel excluded or treated differently. Management seriously needs to address staff training and ensure equal treatment for everyone.
