My window screen got damaged during weedwacking and while lifting it up, still in motion came too close to the window and cut the screen. Report was made with pictures and sent to the company by the designated HOA maintenance board member, Steve. Their respond back to me was, from Terry, the manager: "they don't repair screens that over 5 years old". What kind of a wacky excuse is that? I had a screen in one piece, now with the patch on. This is absolutely unexeptable. A company with good morals, standards always should stay behind their workers accidental incidents. I live in Village Green, section 5 association, in Bradenton.
