    BUYERS BEWARE!!! 🚨 I strongly advise anyone considering Lowe’s for carpet installation to think twice before moving forward. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and still unresolved. Lowe’s contracts out their installations to third-party vendors, and the one assigned to my home—Keller Interior—was a complete disappointment from the start. The installers arrived after 6:00 p.m. without any clear identification, which immediately raised concerns about safety and professionalism. On top of that, they didn’t use basic protective measures like shoe covers, showing a lack of respect for my home. The biggest issue, however, was the installation itself. I specifically ordered dark brown carpet, but they installed white carpet instead—an obvious and unacceptable mistake. This is not a minor error; it completely changes the look and practicality of the space. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours calling both Lowe’s and Keller Interior trying to get this corrected. I’ve spoken with multiple customer service representatives and managers, and instead of taking ownership or offering a clear resolution, they’ve repeatedly passed the issue around. No one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a timeline for fixing the problem. To make matters worse, when I attempted to file a formal complaint against the vendor, I was met with more roadblocks. No one would provide the proper information or guidance on how to escalate the issue, leaving me stuck with the wrong carpet and no clear path forward. This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Customers trust companies like Lowe’s to stand behind the services they offer, even when outsourced—but that trust has not been honored here. I would not recommend using Lowe’s for carpet installation based on my experience. There is a serious lack of accountability, communication, and quality control. Proceed with caution. If I could give LOWE'S NO STARS THAT WOULD REPRESENT THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED.......

    If you are going to buy ANYTHING that needs to be delivered from this store.. DON'T DO IT!!! They were to deliver my refrigerator on March 17th. The crew showed up was ready to install and BOOM the refrigerator was broken. It had shattered glass from transport. Hey, I get it I am understanding and it was nobody's fault. They said they would deliver another unit the next day and they did, well sort of. This was a different crew and they came in and they looked at my water line and refused to hook it up. They said it was against their policy, yet the crew that was there the day before came inside and said there were no problems they were ready to install but unfortunately it was broken. Needless to say I sent them away if they couldn't install the refrigerator which I paid for. I called a plumber and paid $300 to have a fitting put on my water line so that I could accommodate Lowe's and their policy to install my refrigerator. My wife spoke to a lady yesterday who is very kind and said no problem when you're ready let us know. She said they would get it delivered ASAP and give us priority due to the trouble we have had. Fast forward to today when my wife spoke to some guy named Jeffrey in customer service. The guy should be fired and they should just replace him with an AI solution. Anything he said was automated, he read from a script. And now tells us it will not be delivered until Saturday. I was frustrated with Saturday but gave in, and said at least give us a morning appointment. He then said there was a 12-hour window between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.. My wife then asked to speak to a manager, in which he said there was nothing that they could do It would be the same result. My wife asked for a supervisor anyway, he put her on hold and never got a supervisor for her. He kept her on an extended hold, not checking in like the appropriate customer service representative would do. Instead he came back making believe he could not hear my wife but then he said oh I hear you now. He then told her there's a 12-hour window from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. excuse me you just said 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. He said it's the same thing it's a 12-hour window obviously people that work for Lowe's do not know how to tell time because 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. is different than 7:00 a.m. to 7p.m. We're hoping to have a refrigerator by Saturday, If not I will definitely be purchasing somewhere else. The saving of $400 is definitely not worth the aggravation of dealing with their policies and their insufficient customer service team. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Don't buy anything that needs to be delivered from Lowe's.
