Our owner, Rob is also the lead technician and surly becoming known in the area as an honest and caring business man.While we see some of our competitors out there on the road with lots of trucks and technicians, we still get a lot of calls from people that have contacted these larger firms and end up hiring us. At General Appliance Service, we're frugal and appreciate that customers are on a budget and a broken appliance isn't necessarily a budgeted expense. We have an extensive history of helping customers with cost effective appliance repair.

- SLSteve LaPenta2 days ago5.0Issue: lower ice cubes were clumpy and lower ice maker stopped working. I noticed on Google that General Appliance Service was open earlier than any other LG vendor. My 6:15AM call was answered immediatley and service appointment was booked same day for 4-6PM. I recieved a text from service technician Moriel at 12:10PM lettig me know he was available to visit. He arrived and quickly noticed the left front upper door hinge was loose and ice had formed in the back lower freezer. Everything seems to be working perfectly and this was an excellent and very professional service experience, thanks!

This was the first time I used the company and when I called the girl that answered was exceptionally friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician named David to my home within a couple hours, and he fixed the problem. David was beyond incredible. He was friendly bright and left my home spotless. I can highly recommend this company and especially David. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you!

He did not over charge, nor sell me something that I did not need. There is no shortage of things that need fixing in this world. If you are honest, you will have a loyal, growing customer base who would no want to go anywhere else. If you do it right, they will come.
