    Just spoke with Daniela the Asst MGR. How rude. Accused me of illegally recording her without her permission. Fortunately in florida when in public not a private conversation where there are other customers present and can hear the entire conversation there is no need to obtain permission from the other party. Extremely extremely rude. Then Walked away from. This store and the way its team members have been trained are at best very poor. No cursing no yelling. Just disrespect all around.

    I'm done buying Craftsman for life. 40 yrs wasted.. You have to scan a QR Code Take pics then told to mail all tools 51!!! to them. After taking useless pictures, 3 days worth of emails, worst experience ever. Don't buy craftsman anything its made in china now not usa sadly. went to all local craftsman retailers and employees had no intrest in helping exchange even one tool at all 3 in person unbelievable experience. I will be getting rid of ALLL my craftsman tools now once replacements arrive.. god willing. Expensive for nothing

    Worst experience with the assistance Chris, she was unprofessional and because I asked many questi9ns she walks away, when I called her and asked if she is going to help me or not, she treat me as rude and she was not help me. I called for a manager, Kisha arrived, I explained the situation, she try to help me, but when she saw Chris started talking in low voice that I couldn't hear and smiling each other. This is not the way to help customers, I think is her daughter or family, because a good manager will act in other way. So unrespectful and lazy was Chris, this is how Lowes trained their employees? So sad. I will select other brand or location. In the end of Kisha estimate she asked if I was going to pay I say no, I want an estimate to analyze, her reaction was have a good day, in a tone that was go to H. The only person kind was a lady garden were I bought soil under a big sign of SALE, but she say oops this end yesterday but let know the cashier that the sign still there. Of course the cashier that before was n8ce now turn rude saying this sign is not current, I asked why still there? Please take one bag of the three out from my cart. She did and walk away I needed to call her to pay. This is the WORTS LOWES CERO Customer service !

    “Too many clowns in this Circus “ says this 84 year old customer. Lowe’s Boynton Beach large appliance dept. cannot be trusted concerning customer service and delivery. We purchased a refrigerator and set a delivery date. However before we paid we told the sales person that Home Depot ,(our quick first stop, within 5 min drive from our home) told us that they could not deliver to our address but Lowes ( 40 minutes drive) could and that is our reason for going there. Our entry staircase to the second level is narrow at a turn due to non removable handrails . The refrigerator needed to be lifted over the narrowed handrail constriction. Home Depot delivers with 2 persons and are not allowed to lift but Lowes apparently delivers as needed, with 4. At the time of purchase we spoke honestly to the salesperson, telephoned customer service while we were in the store AND called the delivery service to confirm that this delivery would happen. Disaster , lies and rudeness follow. The first delivery van had 2 men who refused to deliver as they needed 4 men. Following numerous calls by everyone involved a second delivery date was confirmed with 4 men. Days later the truck arrived with 2 and no delivery occurred. We followed up again and have the 10 names at all levels including a rude ,so called , store manager and 6-7 other parrots. We wasted 2 days staying home for the delivery, emptied , stored and replaced refrigerator contents twice and spent many hours on the phone. Because they sold us a fridge, including all the extra charges and we paid for it; because they understood the site conditions at the time of sale and followed up with an additional delivery conversation; because we had our paid trades person present at each planned delivery for connections etc., we insisted that they compete the delivery. We then offered 4 men from our community landscaping staff if they dropped the fridge on our lawn and removed the old fridge ( we paid for this service.) The cost would be $200 for their time and refunded my $150 that I paid for 2 visits for the trades person was my solution. That’s when they told us to get lost and they would cancel the sale even though we had paid for the refrigerator package $1500 upfront in Dec 2025! At the time of sale a simple courteous “no “ ,like we heard from Home Depot , would have been appreciated. We would have moved on to another solution. Now 3 weeks later they refuse to honor their commitment. This type of treatment of customers starts at the top. Rudeness, denial , dishonest promises , poor internal communication, wasted time at every turn results in a poorly run company. Now I understand why their operations in Canada failed and they had to sell off all their stores to a better operator. Now I understand why they are such a poor performer compared to Home Depot. Management!!! Customer Service is nothing more than a phony front. Their communication internally is like “broken telephone”, and their honor has achieved a new low on this final experience at Lowes.
