    I have to say, I have never received better customer service is any home improvement store EVER before in my life! The staff at this Boynton store was SO SO helpful, every single one. Eric and Manny (Emmanuel) in the Appliances/doors & windows dept, Jess at the customer service/returns dept, even the manager up front SUPER helpful, polite and friendly. I already had decent experience in the past at another Lowe's location but nothing like this. This store is exceptional and every employee should be recognized for their impeccable customer service skills. Thank you Eric and team for all your help and safe travels to you in particular.     No power!. Visited this Lowe's to buy window cranks for my awning windows. Apparently they don't have them. Or at least that's what three individuals told me what aisles to go down and look and they were not there. Also their power was out. I guess they should pay their electric bill. Even their backup generator kept shutting down!. Total failure!. Went across the street to their competitors. One man told me all of the aisle numbers and what side to look on everything was where I expected it!. Good job!. Stay away from BLOWES!!!

    Dealing with Lowe’s return is the worse ! Been doing renovations and tried returning products I bought online and in person on my account and was sent to Boca for 1/2 of a return and they denied my other return because I was barely over the 90 days $38 denied… holidays… give me a break …hello! Went across the street to Home Depot and spent over $400 on the identical items that I was going to spend at Lowe’s. They have lost me as a customer ! Terrible service here!

    We purchased a new dryer from Lowe’s and paid for delivery, installation, and the installation kit(ORDER # 300901361250219427). The new unit was a direct replacement for the exact same model we already had. When the delivery team arrived, they did not install the dryer at all. Instead, they left it on the curb and told my wife they “didn’t have time” and that she would need to “deal with it,” then left. This is completely unacceptable and easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. To make matters worse, we have several other appliances that we ordered and now have to figure if we are going to have to deal with bs again).

    On December 22nd we came in to order a refrigerator and Melissa helped us. We noticed the fridge we wanted did not have an ice tray in it and we asked if it came with an ice maker and she said yes. I told her we needed it delivered December 23rd and she said rush delivery is an option for the 23rd and we were charged $79. I noticed no delivery text that night to confirm delivery and find out that Melissa scheduled it for the 26th. Then after the fridge was delivered we notice no ice maker/tray was in it so we order one to pick up on December 27th from a Lowe’s in vero beach which is 40 minutes away from us and get there and they don’t actually have it in stock. So we are never ordering from Lowe’s again and thank you Melissa for your terrible customer service. Unbelievable.
