Well, my brand new bed already has impressions in it where I lay and when I move toward the edges of the bed, I feel like I'm climbing uphill. City Mattress had a man come out to inspect the bed because the delivery man dropped it on its corner outside my front door. The man said there will end up being about a 1-inch indentation in the bed and all beds are like that! I called the salesman, Doug, who sold me the Mattress and he said that after 30 days, I can exchange the mattress for another at equal or greater value BUT I WILL PAY A $175.00 FEE TO EXCHANGE IT! I pointed out that my contract says there is a window in which I would pay no exchange fee and he said I will pay at least another $79.00 delivery fee. So BEWARE! Before you spend $3,000 on a mattress, know that what they say is not what you get. I am very dissappinted in the way this store does business and now I am going to have to spend more money, adding insult to injury, to get a bed that I find acceptable. I

Josh Simmons helped me select a beautiful queen bed and nightstand (both on clearance) and a good mattress for the guest room in my new condo. And they held it for me for a few weeks, so I could renovate. Delivery and set up went smoothly. I love my new guest room and was able to furnish it at a great price. Who could ask for more?
