The agent was able to answer all my questions and assist me in completing the agreement. "Vee", the store manager called me the next day to reconfirm the rental agreement, welcome me and assist me with extra moving questions. WOW! great service you just don't get anymore. I called Vee back 3 times with questions and she was so pleasant and helpful. Thanks for making the drudgery of placing things in storage so painless.

- KDKatherine DApr 1, 20263.0When my husband and I first got this storage unit it wasn’t owned by Extra Space storage. So we had a Veterans discount which was extremely beneficial as we were very low on funds and didn’t have anywhere to store our items. Once Extra space bought it, our price got bumped up to the regular price, we asked if they could please honor the veterans discount since it was literally the only reason we got the storage unit to begin with but they denied it. We had no choice but to pay the higher price but fortunately for the unit we had it was actually a pretty decent price, still disappointing but it was okay. We only left because we moved and now have enough space for our items. The customer service has always been great and they have always been responsive and quick. I only gave it 3 stars because the veterans discount was actually a big deal for us. Other than that, it was a decent experience.
