  Knowledgeable salesperson. Excellent service. Interior design consultant sent to my home with color samples. 3D diagram waiting in store after home visit where we could see what our room would look like. Quality of product cant be beat. We've had a LA-Z-BOY reclining love seat for 26 years and moved it five times. Still in terrific condition. Cannot go wrong with LA-Z-BOY. On Federal in Boca, well managed store with experienced staff.

  Chairs are good. But, when buying, we were told they would move our old chairs as long as they were in the house. The movers wouldn't move the chairs and we were never acknowledged by a return call from our sales person as we requested. The staff basically said tough...we don't do that.
