  I thought their pool cleaner, was polite and knew his stuff. Was amazed at how bad my equipment was being maintained, thank you for going the extra mile with the pool cleaning. If you are in boca raton, i would use these guys.

  Spot repair due to rost: called at 3:15pm, Ronnie was 15 minutes later at my house. Reviewed everything, analyzed the chemicals, found the reason and IMMEDIATELY put a solution in place. Next day 6:30am drained the pool, repaired everything, in addition to the spot repair they exchanged the 10 year broken pool light with a new led light. Some hours later we started to refill the pool. Ronnie came again at 5:30pm to check. Due to the very professional service, very friendly communication I’ve signed up from now with them for a weekly service. In 18 years, this is the first pool company who did what they promised. TOP Performance. Nothing better found so far in South Florida! Just call them, they pick up the phone and NO hotline. Thank you! Mike

  What an amazing company and an amazing team. Matt and Ronnie are absolutely the best. They went above and beyond to help me when I needed new pool equipment and spent so much time explaining everything and then teaching me what I needed to do. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else and I highly recommend them.

  Moved into our dream house a couple weeks ago, we bought the house for the pool! The pool of my dreams, the pool I have worked so hard to get! Only problem is the first day we moved in noravirus struck through this household, right at the time we’re enjoying the pool for a late nice swim. I don’t want to be graphic but the pool actually turned into swamp.. I called Florida’s best pools, and I’m so happy I did. Was a judgement freezone, came in and cleaned everything, changed filters. It’s like my pool was never tainted by our dirty water juice. I will never go to another company again. Great prices, actually great techs. Really loved them. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Joe! Best pool cleaner ever 😊

  We desired a heater for our pool to extend the swimming season. I researched and had Florida's Best Pools come by and provide a quote (by Ronnie )along with 3 additional quotes from other companies . It became clear early on that FBP's was the correct way to proceed with our project not only because of the price but because of their caring attitude and desire to do the job properly from inception . Ours was a a bit tricky because there was not an adequate electrical supply at the pool equipment area . Prior to me signing any contract they had 3 people come over on a Saturday and spent 2 hours trying to determine an inexpensive way to get the electrical from the fuse box to the pool equipment . As it turned out there was No easy/inexpensive way to do it ( Adele Electric-also highly recommend did the electrical work). The project grew a bit on our own accord as the existing pump was loud and the filter housing was old and leaking , so we replaced both of those units as well . We also added the app with the ability to control the pump and heater remotely . FBP's also replaced all the above ground pvc pipes for a cleaner newer look at no additional charge . I was ripe to be upsold on a salt system but was actually talked out of it by Ronnie as he guaranteed he could get our Chlorine levels down dramatically and they did in a few short weeks . We are very happy with their weekly pool maintenance as the water is much clearer and has a softer feeling without chemical odors . Very Happy and recommend for any of the services we have experienced . an added note ; well after everything is paid for FBP's is incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions you may have even if not during regular business hours .
