I have made several purchase at RH Outlet, Boca Raton and she was extremely friendly and helpful to make sure that the selection was right for me. (Because of my experience with her at this location, we decided to go to the retail store in West Palm Beach and made additional purchases there.) I went into RH-Boca Raton knowing that it is outlet store, knowing they have limited inventory, some of which has some flaws. They cannot hold unpaid items for more than 2 hours, and purchases are sold "As-Is"- "Final Sale". They have no delivery service available so you need to make your own arrangements. If you have expectations for a "High End retail" experience, this may not be the place for you to shop.

I drove in from Naples a few days ago and she was able to find EXACTLY what I wanted and for an amazing price! Now I am hoping I can complete the set I bought and she will try to keep an eye out. Great experience so thanks again Laura. Hope to see you soon at the huge store.
