    I bought a snowman around the 11/18. It stopped working when I got home on 12/30. I went to the store today to exchange it with the receipt. Michael, the assistant store manager said they dont return holiday stuff after 48 hours of purchase. The other manager, Natalia made it stated how convenient it broke after Christmas. I told her to plug it in and you will see. They stated for me to contract the manufacturer. DONT BUY HOLIDAY STUFF because according to Michael, it is a 48 hour return policy. I called the customer service number and they said that holiday merchandise is a 48 return even if it broke. Nothing happen.

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your Boca Raton location yesterday. Sunday, December14th around 1pm, My experience was marked by a series of unprofessional interactions and a complete failure to provide basic customer assistance. My primary objective was to purchase plywood and have it cut to size for transport. Upon entering the lumber department, I spent nearly 30 minutes attempting to locate an associate for assistance. When I finally engaged with two different employees, the first informed me directly, "I don't do lumber," and walked away. The second associate stated an inability to cut lumber and directed me to the customer service desk. At the customer service desk, I observed the representative occupied with a personal device. When I eventually gained her attention and requested assistance to page the Store Manager (SM), she refused. Instead, she vaguely pointed out the SM in a distant aisle. Upon approaching the SM for help, I was informed that he was going to lunch and would not be available, suggesting I return at a later time. This series of dismissive interactions, involving six different employees who either disclaimed responsibility, lacked necessary skills, or were unavailable, culminated in significant frustration. Returning to the customer service desk, I was then informed that lumber cutting services are not provided on Sundays – a crucial piece of information that was not communicated earlier. When I questioned the store's operating hours given this restriction, the response I received was unprofessional and unwelcoming: "If you don't like it here, go elsewhere." As I was leaving the store, I briefly spoke with another couple entering the premises. They acknowledged my visible distress and, upon hearing my concerns about the lack of assistance, corroborated my experience by stating that such issues are "the culture here," explaining they continue to shop at the store solely due to its proximity and their age. This conversation further highlighted a pervasive issue within the store's operational standards. Due to the complete lack of service and disrespectful treatment, I was compelled to leave your store without my intended purchase. I subsequently visited a nearby Home Depot, where I was immediately greeted, received prompt assistance, and had my plywood cut within five minutes. The staff there even commented that they frequently hear similar accounts from customers migrating from your competitor. This stark contrast underscores the critical deficiencies present at your Boca Raton store. The level of customer service I encountered was unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I believe these issues warrant immediate attention and comprehensive review.
