    I had such a great experience shopping at Lowe’s in Boca Raton! The entire process was seamless and easy—I found everything I needed without any hassle. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Special shout-outs to Kevin in the appliance department, who was lovely to work with, and Lute, who assisted us with loading. Their professionalism and kindness made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects!

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s while looking for a Silestone sample for my kitchen remodel. I was having trouble finding help in the department when Paula stepped in and immediately offered to assist. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to track down someone who could help me. That person was Bob, who was just as wonderful—within minutes he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Paula and Bob were both outstanding and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Can't thank them enough.

    The absolute worst attitude I’ve ever witnessed in a Lowes. The guy cleaning the BBQs seemed to not want to say two words to me. Zero eye contact, horrible manners, subpar intelligence. Since I was by the garden center I thought perhaps I mistakenly was talking to a plant. I went here on a lunch hour to browse. This place is super close to me but you know what for now on I will drive the extra mile to go to Home Depot in Boca. He didn’t even have the decency to say your welcome or goodbye as I thanked him and sent my regards upon exiting. And if this was a one off then I would just chalk it up to someone having a bad day but it seems to be any worker outside of the specialty departments like Kitchen remodeling, Pro and Garden. The rest just seem to hate life and have a detain for customer interactions. Wow so much for the manners, class, self pride and work dignity the older generation speak so much about. Miss the elders from back in the day at these Hardware stores. Home Depot must recruit the best while Lowes get the rest, eh. The hotdogs stand will be as far as I go on that property that guys is awesome, he should shift Home Depot!

    Been a customer for more than 25 years. Made an order through Brandon at the pro desk. There were a few challenges. The biggest of which is that I was buying 400 square feet of tile among other things. There was an issue. Rather than cancel the first and ring up everything together, Brandon rang up as 2 orders (rather than correcting a mistake by canceling the first order). Was told by Brandon that it would come in one delivery even with 2 separate orders. I asked about bringing the stuff in the condo. Brandon said it should happen. Came as 2 deliveries. The second was a flat bed. The driver said I should have been told it was drop ship at the street. Brandon said I should have known. Not very professional since I asked him about bringing the tile inside. No discussion on drop at the curb. I wasted 2 days and have no tile. $80 for delivery they refused to make as agreed. Pro desk is a waste of time and a small discount.

    Probably the worst location I've ever been to. You can never get anyone to help. It's always the same routine..."not my department". During my last visit I waited twenty minutes for assistance in the tile dept only to be told the person they paged was not working that day. Really? I left & sent to a mom & pop time store which is what I should have done first. Live & learn.
