The associate was great too — and as I wanted to make sure Lily received the credit she deserved, I let him know when speaking with him and he had no objections, which speaks volumes about his character. Delivery day came and I thought I could install them myself… spoiler: I could not. 🤦♀️ After multiple Lowe’s trips and a minor existential crisis, Lily and Brandon still went so far above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. Their kindness and effort truly made the difference. I’m happily washing my first load right now, and could not be more grateful. If every store had employees like this, shopping would be a joy everywhere. Highly recommend!
