Id say the only downfall of lowes is taking kids with you when you shop. The only reatroom (that i am aware of anyway) is in the back. Such a pain in the tukkis when your checking out and your kid goes "i gotta go potty" Outside of that, i love this store. My love is coumpounded by the pro membership deal i have through my employer.

Today I placed a mobile order for 2 items and it wasn’t ready for almost 25 minutes! I had to go inside myself. After that, I received a bad attitude from someone saying “we’re behind on orders” with 3 behind the desk and only 1 of them helping out customers! Worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to, I recommend the one in Lakeland if you can make that drive.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
