  I have had incredible customer service from both Valeria and Karina!! They have gone above and beyond to help me figure out what dining table and chairs would work best in my space! I do not live near the store, so their communication with me including videos of the woods and finishes has made it possible to make a decision that I feel very comfortable with. I appreciate all their time and effort in helping me. Such a pleasure to do business with them!! Thank you!!!

  Amazing furniture design, unparalleled quality. Look for Matteo, Paulina or Susana. They looked after our project as their own home. Highly recommend and I would buy again 1000 times!

  As a designer - really grateful for the team at RH Aventura! They are very efficient, detail oriented, and have outstanding customer service. They really take their time to make clients feel welcomed, prioritized, and provide them with peace of mind with their great communication skills. If you are looking to work with RH, this is definitely the place to go. Couldn’t be more grateful! Especially for their management team.

  SHAZ KAI, the designer, is great! Phenomenal. The Logiscts/Shipping is a mess! I spoke to them 12 times, got 5 different delivery dates, and the problem continues. Wayfair delivery service is 10 x better than RH. Such a nice brand is RH, with total disregard to customer satisfaction when comes to delivering big pieces of furniture.
