    I went to this gallery after purchasing a set from RH online a few months back. And I'm so glad I did... No need to mention that I love RH furniture, both design and quality. I had a specific issue with my order and I was hoping they can offer me a resolution. I received an absolutely exceptional service from Matteo who greeted me and quickly jumped in to help me. He is welcoming, very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely patient! The gallery is beautiful with a welcoming atmosphere overall, great experience!

    RH Aventura 🛋️✨ = mixed experience. Stylish furniture shows early wear, décor didn’t fit, and “member discounts” can be misleading 💸. Luxury brand promise fell short of expectations.

    Disappointing Experience - BEWARE I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. After doing extensive research, I came in specifically to inquire about two swivel chairs by name. The associate I spoke with told me they were unavailable and not on display. I found that odd, so I continued browsing—and sure enough, in the very next room adjacent to his desk, both chairs were not only on display but clearly labeled with the exact names I had mentioned. When I pointed this out, the associate remained dismissive and unhelpful, continuing to type on his laptop without acknowledging the mistake or offering assistance. It felt like I was being ignored, despite making a genuine effort to engage and clarify the situation. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service, this was a disappointing and frankly infuriating experience. I expected better attention to detail and professionalism. I hope RH takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service at this location. The associate is pictured, the only male wearing a black suit. I would NOT recommend.
