  I had a great experience with Blinds To Go. Valerie was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. She was patient, helpful, and really took the time to make sure everything was right. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Valerie definitely went above and beyond and made a difficult customer very happy! I highly recommend working with her if you go to Blinds To Go.

  I have made three purchases at BTG. One in Boston and two in Aventura. Always had wonderful results. Erika at the Aventura location help us on our first set and also when we called on a question on our second order. April placed our second order. They both had interesting suggestions and we are happy with the results. Planning using them again

  Was having a hard time trying to figure the style blinds I wanted for my new place. I went to this location (Aventura) and was assisted by an Ericka. I explained what I had in mind and showed her pictures of my place to get an idea. She was amazing and solved the problem and made great suggestions on the blinds that would be the missing piece to my problem. Great customer service by Ericka. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky ask for Ericka.

She truly went out of her way to help me throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their customers.   My wife and I went to the store in Aventura, Fl. It is a beautiful store with many options to see. The staff is great, especially Natalie Melendez, the Sales Manager. She is the most knowledgeable and courteous sales person we have ever seen. She handled our order and covered every detail very thoroughly and with great patience. Highly recommend her and the store.
