I go to your Lowe’s every single day to make purchases for my company. I go to the pro desk today and Chase tells me he’s the only one there and can’t do a phone sale when there was actually two people at the pro desk working and he checked out five other people with credit cards while I waited in the line for the cash register to do a phone sale, I will not be using your lowes anymore and I will suggest to others not to use your Lowes as well
As a contractor for 40 years I would think that the pro desk would be able to take better care of their contractors, it’s not my fault that chase was was obviously having a bad day

The good news first I buy most of my needs from Lowe’s if possible. I just purchase a new washer and dryer and they talked me into the Lowe’s credit card. This is the worst thing I ever did. I’m a snow bird here in Florida and there was a delay in the mail to my address I paid my statement in full the day I received it. A few weeks later they charged a late fee and finance charges of $82.00. I called their office and and closed my account with Lowe’s and send them a check in full! Two weeks later they are saying I owe $2.00😡
I’m switching all my business to Home Depot!

Placed an order yesterday late afternoon for curbside delivery for today. My husband gets there after checking in. Spot #1 no less after 10 minutes or so he calls me to call the store No one has come out to him yet. I go thru that AI garbage get a live person and am in told she'll get someone right on it. Another 15 minutes goes by I call again to be told they canceled my order because someone must of purchased it. Even tho the monies were removed from my account, I had an order# texted to, then another text saying it's ready. I call the store to make sure I could pick it up this afternoon and was told I had 10 days to pick it up. No one every came out to say they canceled my order because the product was sold to someone else by mistake and I'll get a credit back to my account in 4-7 days. I hate the store near me but it's less than 4 miles from my home. Worst experience ever.

Not sure what to think I've left 5 phone messages/ 2 weeks for st mgr NOT ONE CALL RETURNED LOWES CORP customer support requested 3 separate times st mgt get back with me regarding a problem my purchasing an item off shelf paid cash finding it's defective quote mgt you bought a return a customer got on line returned it to this store it's been on that department shelf forever ?? insult to injury the service agt wrote my number on the back of my sales receipt which wasn't noticed at the time BUT NEVER HEARD FROM ST MGR ANYWAY phone messages, many notes left on st mgr s office door again this store has ignored me and lowes corp request many times this isn't right to do to a customer's... mitch burg.
