Very tidy, well stocked in a variety of items compared to the Lowe's in winter haven. I would have given 5 stars only while in the self check out I witnessed the associate responsible for caring for self chavkout talking to another associate. And the older customer next to us couldn't figure out how to ring up her item. I helped the woman nevertheless.

If I could give Lowe’s Auburndale 0 stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a Samsung washer that was DEFECTIVE from day one. I reported the issue on day 6 well within Lowe’s 30-day defective major appliance policy yet the staff and the manager insisted on giving false information, claiming I “only had 48 hours,” which is NOT true for functional defects.
To make things even worse, the customer service associate (who spoke Spanish) told me that Lowe’s would only give me 30 days if I had paid with the Lowe’s credit card which is completely FALSE and not part of Lowe’s official policy.
Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product the store handed to me, they tried to push the problem onto Samsung. This is not a simple mistake it reflects a clear lack of professionalism, a lack of knowledge of Lowe’s policies, and a complete disregard for customer service.
To the owner or corporate of Lowe’s:
You should fire that manager and replace them with someone who actually knows what they are doing someone responsible, knowledgeable about store policies, and who does not mislead customers. No one deserves to be treated this poorly.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
