Very rude employee named Denelli, refused to help us and walked away from us when we repeatedly asked her name. We're telling everyone we know how rude the employees are.
Home Depot is now our store of choice.

Went to Apopka Lowe's this evening and was helped by a great team. We found what we needed, store was clean and organized, and manager Eriq helped us and was very friendly. We appreciate the great customer service by this team!!

They always profiling people. Not everyone tha have tattoos are stealing. Every time I go in I try not to put my hand on pocket . It’s a shame because this is my closest one fro
Home . And I feel bad. They need to train their workers to stop thinking everyone is stealing from them.

Made a mistake by losing a receipt and needed to return some leftover trimming pieces we didn’t need. Store won’t return the items without a receipt or the original form of payment, or proof we purchased there. Supposedly all hardware stores (Home Depot and ACE too) use the same UPC sticker on these items, so unless we could prove we purchased them at Lowe’s, we were unable to do a return, or exchange for something.
Discouraging and rare circumstance for most folks, but wish we could have been assisted given our frequent shopping and investment at the store.
UPDATE: Just for science….
We took the trimming pieces to Home Depot across the street and they told us “these aren’t in our systems - these are from Lowe’s”.
UPDATE 2: Per the reply below from Lowe's Home Improvement (Owner) I called the corporate number to follow up. I explained that I was instructed to call for assistance on the issue... and they just repeated everything we were told in the store.
Why was I instructed to call and take 15-20 minutes to do so if there was nothing to help us with?

I came into the Lowe’s. I was passing by seeking a trimmer to bring home for lawn care. I came in went into the self-propelled mower section aisle 28 there I met a gentleman named Paul. I forgot to ask his last name, but this is for the Lowe’s that’s located in Apopka Florida on Orange Blossom Trail what I appreciate is when somebody helps and they’re not rushing me or making me feel like I am a burden to them doing their job because that’s how I treat people in my own business so it’s nice to know and feel that same respect being done to me so hopefully Lowe’s you take recognition of a nice employee you have. If you’re someone looking for lawn care and it’s your first time being a homeowner as well they’ll make you feel comfortable at Lowe’s. I’m sure all of the locations will be just as good hopefully🤣

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
