  First of all Marnette is a delight. Went way out of her way to help me! Never had any service like this from anyone. The storage spaces and building are very clean and organized. Thank you Marnette and thank you Extra Space. Absolutely the best! ♥️

  I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. Assistant Store Manager Ladairhya Thompson was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions, made the rental process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Because of her, I feel confident and comfortable storing my belongings here. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable storage facility with outstanding service!

  Marnette was extremely helpful when we realized that the unit that we rented online, sight unseen, didn't meet our storage needs. She was very informative and helpful showing us different units that were more convenient for our needs. She even went to bat with corporate to transfer us at the web rate because we initially rented online. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Full disclosure, I delt with Marnette in the past at another facility and sought out her current facility assignment so that I could be assured that she would handle everything within her control for my best interest and the security of my assets.

  Marnette and Margo were so helpful in the process was amazing. Although the size that I needed an air-conditioning wasn’t available at the East Semoran location. Margo helped me find the size that I needed an air-conditioning The assistant helped me to find an air-conditioning unit our size in another location. Our experience with the storage space was brief and also quite great. We were able to get in and understand the fees that were associated with the purchase of the unit and understanding the size that we needed to suit our needs. We moved out of a two bedroom one bathroom house and into a larger space and they made it easy for us to get in and get out and help us understand what door to go into as well as keeping the door open for us when our movers came in and out that was really helpful and explaining the cleanup process and to end for how things worked, which is incredibly sustainable for us and helpful for us I would highly recommend this facility for their professionalism and Customer service

  The facility is very well maintained. All features were functioning fully making usage of the space easy to work in. Security features are also excellent to keep out the curious and uninvited. The Management Personnel were very nice to work with if anything came up. I needed to move out mainly because we moved out of town. There was also a secondary issue with the periodic increase in rental rates. I don’t mind and do expect rate increases of modest amounts ($10-$30) as part of doing business. It was hard to deal with a $80-$100 increase all at once only a couple of months in. Fortunately, the Management Team there negotiated the rate back down to a reasonable level. When another large increase came a few months after that, that kind of made my decision to move things closer to where we currently live. Overall, it was a good place to store your belongs. Just be prepared to continue negotiating as these large rate increases come from corporate, not the Management Team at the site. Being a distance from the facility made that difficult for me.
