Had a great experience at the Lowes in Apopka. Mr. Tiny in the lumber department helmed me with cutting my wood slats to the exact sizes needed and made sure everything was precise. Excellent customer service. Very much appreciated!

My husband, daughter and I came in to view the washers as we just left home depot. Lowes has a greater selection for washers in store. I was greeted by Rita who said she's normally in cabinets section. She was absolutely the best. I picked her brain apart and felt very bad for the amount of time I spoke with her. As I was very thorough and indecisive, she was also and was outstanding on explaining. I had many concerns and questions on the different types of washers and their features. She gave me her real life experiences, and was a very real individual which I liked. She was very attentive at listening to my concerns, wants and needs when purchasing this appliance. She was very patient with me, as I know I had random questions, she helped me choose the washer that would be best for my family. She made washer shopping so much easier for me, Im very satisfied. I hope the company treats her well. As far as store goes, they had more washers I could choose from compared to home depot, I was helped and greeted, it was 5 stars. Thank you Rita!!

Mark went above and beyond with his customer service. Not only did he help us with cutting he made us feel like long time friends. The time was cutting short for the store but he still made sure me and my husband were well taken care of! Truly a top performer and someone that can take the company far, putting customer service first and foremost! Give the man a raise! We would definitely come back to have him assist us with future home projects!

I recently placed an in‑store pickup order at Lowe’s, but because of the size and type of items I purchased, it ended up needing to be handled curbside. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of being helped by Fritz, who absolutely went above and beyond.
From the moment he saw my order, he immediately recognized that it needed to be picked up at a different part of the store. Not only did he clearly explain where I needed to go, he actually waited for me to get there—something you don’t see often these days.
Once I arrived, he helped load everything into my vehicle with genuine care. When we realized one of the items wasn’t with the rest of the order, Fritz didn’t hesitate. He went back inside the store himself, found the missing item, and brought it out to me. That level of attentiveness and ownership is rare.
This is what great customer service looks like. Fritz went out of his way to make the entire experience smooth, efficient, and stress‑free. Lowe’s, if you’re reading this—give this guy a raise. He’s the kind of associate who keeps customers coming back.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
