When it comes to customer service, Miss Q goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken cared of. I ran into a situation and Miss Q took care of it right away. She is very kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for storage.

I found the staff, such as the manager at 1619 McVilla Ave Apopka, FL location, extremely pleasant and accommodating. And, the young lady who called me after I reserved a space was extraordinary, professional, and knowledgeable; answered my questions with confidence and vigor. It's obvious the employees at Extra Space Storage are happy at work. I hope corporate takes note that happy employees provide excellent service. They are face of their company, and influence a company's reputation and bottom line. Compensate them well. Consider it as a marketing expense and it will multiply tenfold. I haven't even moved in my space yet! I am more than satisfied so far.

I rented with a few other companies before and I wish I would’ve ran into her years ago. I move around storages sometimes to get the best deal and good quality service. You know the kind service where don’t feel like I was cheated in some kind of way! After the encounter I had today with Miss Q I wouldn’t move anymore a muscle. She cares she’s honest and she’s hardworking. It’s something about it her that made me feel like I’ve made the right decision storing here.
