Rocky was very helpful and was happy to lower my rate, which was very unexpected as well as give me a senior discount which also was unexpected. We have had their storage since, I think, 2012. And we've never had a reduction in rates so we 're very happy with our dealings with Extra Space Storage as well as with Rocky! We will be staying with extra space storage for the foreseeable future.
