I’m looking for a long term rental and relationship and that’s just what they are doing!! I commend them and recommend them for appreciating their customers! I’ve felt with many storage companies, and they have proven elevated standards!! Go Extra Space storage and Letter Moments!!

Bringing up a legitimate concern is met with ridicule and an uncaring attitude? Sure, she gave a solution that could work, but she needs to work on her customer service. I will not be reccomending this place to anyone I know as it is in constant disrepair, untidy, crawling with creatures, and to top it off, an unprofessional manager.
