    SHIPS OUT OLD DIRTY ITEMS. MANAGERS REFUSE TO RETURN YOUR CALL. I ordered this planter online listed as new, but it arrived dirty and visibly worn. There was dirt and residue inside the planter, scuff marks all over the exterior, and the label was peeling—clearly not new condition. I later learned it was packed and shipped directly from a Lowe’s store, which makes it even more disappointing that no quality check was done before shipping. If items are being fulfilled from stores, they should still arrive clean and in new condition. This felt careless and unacceptable.

    I would like to recognize Jerimiah Hurd, Assistant Store Manager at the Altamonte Springs location, as an excellent representation of the Lowe’s Home Improvement brand. He was very personable and genuinely excited to help provide a discount to a Canadian team in need of buckets. Jerimiah went above and beyond in his customer service and even took the time to share information about potential sponsorship opportunities in the near future.     Had a great trip to Lowe’s recently. There were several staff members who were very friendly & helped us get a Christmas blow mold display. I didn’t catch their names but both guys were very nice & made sure we were helped quickly. At customer service KeKe assisted us; and she was awesome. KeKe was very friendly, professional and attentive. She was detailed oriented and very nice to everyone who came her way. Awesome staff at this location. Store was clean, well organized and we were able to have a successful trip.

    Do not shop with Lowe's, this specific location or any other. They have changed many return policies & do not have any postings (except at the return desk). Sales association do not inform you. I'm not having to dispute the charge on my card due to the department manager Kayla & store manager Tiffany rejecting my return since it was outside of the new 48hr return policy

    This has been an outrageously negligent experience with Lowe’s. We paid $10,000 for new countertops, and four weeks later we still have no countertops and a demolished kitchen. Nothing about this process has been professional or competent. The countertops were measured and cut incorrectly at the wrong angles. When we demanded the errors be fixed, the installers walked off the job and never returned. Since then, Lowe’s has ignored us entirely with absolutely no interest in fixing the issue —no calls, no emails, no accountability—yet they continue sending automated messages asking us to leave a review. The job is unfinished, and Lowe’s has effectively abandoned it. Even worse, the installers damaged electrical outlets next to the kitchen sink, making them unsafe to use. The outlets are pulled out of the wall, leaving exposed electrical wiring near water, which is an obvious and serious safety hazard. We are left with a nonfunctional kitchen, safety risks in our home, and $10,000 already taken by Lowe’s. This experience shows a complete lack of oversight, quality control, and customer care. Based on our experience, I would strongly warn others not to use Lowe’s for countertop installation.
