The office was closed, but they had an outside button for help, which connected me to a representative, who was able to give me a temporary code to get in. I followed up with the office manager the next day, and he already knew who I was, and was already getting the issue resolved. His name is Brian, and he is excellent! Good attitude, efficient, top notch customer service! He even took care of a change I wanted to make quickly and easily. The storage facility was clean and climate controlled, so I’m very satisfied with the choice I made going with this company.
